Booking Information
Reservation Policy
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services and 48–72 hours for special events. Last-minute bookings are accepted based on vehicle availability.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, corporate accounts, and can arrange direct billing for established business clients. Deposits may be required for special event bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Sedans and SUVs: free cancellation up to 3 hours before your scheduled pickup. Sprinter vans, limousines and special events: free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee. No-shows are charged the full fare amount.
Airport Pickups
For airport arrivals, our chauffeurs track your flight in real-time and adjust pickup times accordingly. We include 45 minutes of free wait time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international arrivals.
Frequently asked questions
Is my ride confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
Submitting the form sends your request to dispatch. Your ride is confirmed once we reply with your flat rate and you approve it — you then receive a written confirmation.
Do I need a credit card to request a quote?
No. A card is needed only to confirm the reservation, and it is charged only after the reservation and the rate have been confirmed with you.
How far in advance should I book?
A day ahead is ideal, and earlier for pre-dawn flights, holidays and event weekends. Same-day requests are welcome when a vehicle is available — for anything in the next few hours, calling is fastest.
What if my flight is delayed?
Airport pickups are flight-tracked, so the pickup moves with your actual arrival. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time on domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on international arrivals, timed from actual touchdown. All other pickups include 15 minutes.
Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Sedan and SUV reservations cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup. Sprinter vans, limousines and special-event bookings cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup. Call 877-609-1919 or reply to your confirmation email.
