Sedans and SUVs can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Sprinter vans, limousines and special-event bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside those windows may be subject to a cancellation fee, and no-shows are charged the full fare amount.
