BWI is a nearly straight shot: I-70 east over South Mountain, past Frederick and across Howard County, then down to the airport, typically 75 to 100 minutes depending on traffic. Dulles is often a little quicker, by I-70 to Frederick, US-15 south across the Potomac to Leesburg and the Dulles Greenway into the terminal, roughly 70 to 95 minutes. Which one makes sense depends on your airline and destination, and we are glad to quote both. International arrivals at either airport include 60 minutes of complimentary wait so customs lines do not become a worry.
