From the north and east, I-95 through the Fort McHenry Tunnel or I-83 through downtown are the usual approaches. On an ordinary evening the last mile is quick. On Ravens game days and during big stadium concerts, Russell Street becomes the main artery for the stadium crowd and police direct traffic at several intersections, so we adjust the approach and allow extra time.
