A parent or guardian makes the reservation and gives us the itinerary: the homes where the group gathers, a photo location such as a park, the harbour or a family's back garden, the venue, and where the night ends. We recommend a start time from that, and the chauffeur follows the plan. If the school has a designated drop-off lane or a coordinated arrival window, we work within it. Dispatch is reachable throughout the evening, and the chauffeur stays on the itinerary rather than taking requests for unplanned stops from passengers.

The stretch limousine is the traditional choice and seats eight comfortably in formal wear. For groups of nine to 14, a Sprinter van keeps everyone together in one vehicle with a high roof, easy entry in a gown and space for bags and corsage boxes. Both are chauffeured by the same licensed professionals. Groups larger than 14 travel in two vehicles coordinated to arrive together. Some families prefer a black car service in an Escalade for a couple or a small group, and that works just as well for arrivals in front of the venue.

Our prom rules are simple and non-negotiable: no alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle, no smoking or vaping, seat belts on, and the group follows the itinerary agreed with the parents. Chauffeurs are licensed and background-checked, vehicles are commercially insured and the parent who booked can call dispatch at any point. After-prom pickups are included in the plan, whether that is a school-sponsored event, a family home or a restaurant, so nobody ends the night looking for a ride. Limousine and Sprinter prom bookings can be cancelled free up to 12 hours before pickup; sedans and SUVs up to 3 hours.
