An account replaces one-off bookings with a standing arrangement. We record the company's billing details, the people authorised to book, any cost-centre or department codes you want on each trip and the preferences of frequent travellers, such as vehicle class or a quiet ride. Trips are then booked by phone, email or online in the traveller's or assistant's name and billed to the account, with a single monthly invoice listing every ride. There is no minimum volume to open an account; a firm with a handful of monthly trips gains the same invoicing and priority as a large one.

Many of our corporate clients have executives who commute by air: out of BWI on Monday, back on Thursday, the same flights each week. We set those up as standing reservations, so the ride exists before anyone remembers to book it, and dispatch simply confirms the flight numbers. For roadshows and multi-site days, an hourly car service keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle with the team from the first meeting in Harbor East to the last one in Tysons, with the flight home at the end. For visiting clients and interview candidates, a meet and greet inside baggage claim with a company sign is often the first impression your firm makes.
