What meet and greet at BWI includes
The chauffeur parks, enters the terminal and stands in the baggage claim area for your flight before you reach it. The sign can carry your name, a guest's name or your company's name and logo if you send it to us in advance. Once you have your luggage, the chauffeur carries it to the vehicle, which is either at the curb or in the nearby garage depending on how the airport is managing traffic that day. We need the passenger's name as it should appear on the sign, the airline and flight number, and the number of bags. If a host or assistant is booking on behalf of a guest, we send the confirmation to both and the chauffeur's details to the guest as they land. The add-on can be included on corporate accounts with monthly invoicing so assistants can request it without a separate approval each time. Cancellation follows the standard policy: 3 hours for sedans and SUVs, 12 hours for Sprinters, limousines and special events.
