Capital One Arena
DC Concert Transfers
Downtown DC traffic, scarce parking, and Metro crowds are the price of a show at Capital One Arena — unless a chauffeur handles all three for you.
Chauffeured Service to Capital One Arena
Capital One Arena anchors Washington DC’s Chinatown at 601 F Street NW. Home of the NHL’s Capitals and the NBA’s Wizards, it also hosts more than 200 events a year, including nearly every major arena tour that comes through the mid-Atlantic. When the arena lets out, thousands of fans pour onto some of the most congested blocks in the city.
BWI Chauffeur turns that chaos into a door-to-door evening. Your chauffeur drops you near the F Street or 7th Street entrances, then stages nearby for your exit. No hunting for a pricey garage spot, no surge-priced rideshare standing in a crowd on Gallery Place — your car is confirmed before the house lights come up.
The arena sits two blocks from the Chinatown Friendship Archway and a short walk from the Smithsonian American Art Museum and the National Portrait Gallery, so many guests pair a show with dinner in Chinatown or an afternoon at the museums beforehand. Our dispatch team also watches for weekends when a Capitals or Wizards game and a concert land on the same night, since the Gallery Place blocks get noticeably more congested than usual.
Getting There Without the Hassle
Capital One Arena is about 45 minutes from BWI Airport, 50 minutes from Baltimore, and an easy run from Bethesda, Silver Spring, Arlington, and Alexandria. Downtown garages near the arena charge premium rates on event nights and back up badly at exit.
We offer one-way transfers, round trips with post-show pickup, and hourly service if you want dinner in Penn Quarter or Chinatown before the show. Corporate groups use our Sprinters for client outings to Capitals and Wizards games all season long.

Capital One Arena FAQs
Where does the chauffeur pick us up after an event at Capital One Arena?
DC restricts curb access on event nights, so your chauffeur confirms a precise pickup corner a short walk from the arena — typically along 6th, 9th, or H Street — and shares a live location so you walk straight to the car.
Do you serve Capitals and Wizards games, or just concerts?
Both. We run transfers for every Capital One Arena event: NHL and NBA games, concerts, Georgetown basketball, and family shows.
Can you pick us up in Virginia or Maryland for a DC show?
Yes. We cover the full DMV — Northern Virginia, Montgomery and Prince George’s counties, Baltimore, Annapolis, and everywhere in between — plus all three airports: BWI, DCA, and IAD.
How far in advance should I book arena transportation?
Book at least 48 hours ahead for most events. For sold-out tours, playoff games, and weekend shows, book as early as you can — event-night vehicles go fast.
Do you serve Georgetown University basketball games at Capital One Arena?
Yes. Georgetown Hoyas home games fill the arena and the surrounding blocks just like a concert, and we schedule staging and pickup the same way we do for Capitals and Wizards games.
