EagleBank Arena
Fairfax Concert & Event Transportation
Concerts, Patriots basketball, and commencement crowds all fill the same Fairfax campus arena. A chauffeured ride skips the Ox Road backup after the final buzzer.
Chauffeured Service to EagleBank Arena
EagleBank Arena sits on the George Mason University campus in Fairfax, Virginia, hosting Patriots basketball, touring concerts, family shows, and — every spring — some of the region’s largest college commencement ceremonies. Graduation weekends in particular flood the campus with family vehicles well beyond what the surrounding lots were built for.
A chauffeured vehicle removes the two hardest parts of an arena visit here: finding parking on a campus built for students, not event crowds, and then clearing the single-lane exits onto Braddock Road or Route 123 once everyone leaves at once. Your chauffeur drops you near the arena entrance and is already staged nearby when the event ends.
The arena opened in 1985 and has hosted everything from touring arena-rock acts to NCAA tournament games over the decades, in addition to being the home court for Mason Patriots basketball since the program’s run to the 2006 Final Four put the school on the national map. Commencement at George Mason moved into EagleBank Arena years ago specifically because the campus outgrew every smaller venue it had used before, which is part of why graduation weekends here now rival any concert for sheer traffic volume.
Getting There Without the Hassle
EagleBank Arena is just off Braddock Road near the Fairfax campus, with the main approach from I-66 via Route 123 or the Fairfax County Parkway. Commencement weekends and sold-out concerts both strain the campus lots, and the exit onto Braddock Road backs up noticeably once an event lets out.
We serve EagleBank Arena from Washington DC, Arlington, and Tysons in well under an hour, and from BWI or Baltimore in roughly 70 to 90 minutes depending on traffic. For graduation weekends we commonly run multiple vehicles for extended families, with Sprinter vans keeping larger groups together for the drive to a celebration dinner afterward.

EagleBank Arena FAQs
Can you handle a George Mason graduation weekend with a large family group?
Yes. Commencement is one of our busiest weekends for this venue. We often book a Sprinter van for the extended family plus a sedan for the graduate, timed around the ceremony and a celebration dinner afterward.
Where do you drop off at EagleBank Arena?
As close to the main arena entrance as campus and event-day traffic control allow. Your chauffeur confirms the exact pickup point by text before the event ends.
Do you cover Patriots basketball games as well as concerts?
Yes — Patriots men’s and women’s basketball, touring concerts, family shows, and graduation ceremonies are all regular bookings for us at this venue.
How far in advance should I book for a commencement weekend?
As early as you can once the date is published. Graduation weekends are the highest-demand dates we see for this venue, and Sprinter vans sell out first.
Do you serve EagleBank Arena from BWI or Dulles?
Yes. We run direct transfers from BWI, Dulles, and Reagan National straight to the Fairfax campus for family flying in for an event.
